  • Can we chat for a sec? mmmkay so sometimes observing the internets questions arise. Is it generally individuals who don’t have an income problem or no longer have an income problem that say that “income doesn’t matter” or put a high percentage on other factors that keep people broke? Do you agree or disagree with this statement? I’m intentionally keeping my personal view out of it (I’m just asking the question) to allow for free discussion. • My my! How times have changed.
__
If you’ve been following IG stories you know that my next move is to get into real estate. Saw a property last Friday that peeked my interest in a good location. I’ve been waiting for the mortgage lender to run the numbers to confirm this property would make a solid investment based on my planned strategy (buy, hold, &rent). I got number back yesterday but I realized how times have changed for me. Went from grinning on the phone with eff boys to grinning on the phone about down payments and rental potential. ((aye))#levelup

What changes do you see in your own life? Big or small it doesn’t matter. Drop it down below 👇🏽👇🏽

P.S I will not be pursuing that property. 🤷🏽‍♀️ #lovedaringgreatly
